I'm just curious why someone would specifically call them? If I had a real emergency why on earth would I risk politics.

However, seems like there is definitely a contingency of people in Lakewood who don't trust CNJ Hatzolah for whatever reason. Don't want to be racist here - but there is a common thread.

(And yes, next time you get all up in arms about ocean county people being anti Semitic, remember how you think about this.)

I'm highly skeptical about the claims of the number of calls that HN is responding to. There is no logical reason that a person would choose not to call the ones who have been doing this for close to 40 years with the complete backing of the entire community. I understand that there is a small group of people who are upset that they were not allowed to join the organization for whatever reasons. But outside of those people and their immediate circles, I find it hard to comprehend why someone would call HN. Just doesn't make any sense.

They buff calls. Lakewood First Aid went to silent dispatch because they were responding to calls that went out over the radio.

A) You heard they have quicker response time in Jackson, so you call them
B) Your kid brought home a sticker with their phone number on it
C) You googled Jackson Hatzlolah while in an emergency, and thats what came up

2. Zero

Its very interesting to see the org that's going around Lakewood giving ice-cream to kids so they promote their org and getting a cybertruck to attract the attention of bochrim, all of the sudden taking the moral high ground

What amazes me is the total incompetence of the PR team at HCJ.

So far they were the biggest marketing tool and mouthpiece for HN.

IMHO they should've disregarded them completely.

When the area that frum yidden live in grew 10x, HCJ wasn't quick enough to adapt. So instead of the Rabbanim in the far flung areas speaking to the Rabbanim involved in HCJ, some guys decided they want to dictate what should happen. When HCJ didn't allow them to run the show, so they decided to open a competing org.

The way they're acting here makes me glad they weren't allowed to run the show.

HCJ really stepped up their onboarding of new members before HN opened. I am not involved in Hatzolah and I don't live in Jackson, but I know at least 3 or 4 HCJ members in Jackson.

Does anyone know who the rabbanim proportedly involved in HN are? They always say they have a vaad harabbanim, but refuse to actually say who they are
