License just expired and they don’t allow me to renew online (is this because the next one is Real ID?). Soonest appointment in person anywhere less than an hour away is in March. What do I do?

(Don’t want to drive with an expired license, and I have an expedited passport appointment coming up).

They sometimes have mobile DMV where you can do it by. I believe I was put in touch through a State Senator or Assemblyman. I can try to look who I spoke to. This is an email address I have mvcmobilesignup@gmail.com.

The bulk of the increase is affecting suppliers as well.

I would strongly suggest not getting a supplier for your house. The risk for most people is way too high. I've seen people not realize they were paying 3x the utility rate for many years after the supplier term ended.
