I'm not sure of the location but I have been there and its awesome
ETA not sure how long you wanna bike for its just a big circle at the end of the day you will finish it in 7 mins

Any of the area reservoirs should fit your needs, or try any of the larger parks, Lake Shenandoah , Cattus Island.
