Can anyone recommend based on personal experience a honest and reliable real estate broker? I need someone that will have the patience to help me find what I need.

Nothing to do with looking at the house. My house is assessed the same this year as it was last year but the rates went up.

I think the actual regular menu is absolutely terrible.
There's like 46,284 items on the menu, and they all have a funny, non-descriptive name.

So you're reading names like "Mexican Explosion", where you have to check out the ingredients of each item to see what you're getting.
After like 10 minutes I got through like 2 pages and gave up 1/4 of the way through.

I was referring to their regular menu, didn't realize the discussion was about the lunch menu.
I have yet to try / see it.

Went to Entree for dinner last night. Food was amazing, service fairly decent, ambiance... well there were 2 birthday parties and some other small party, too much noise and too many kids. Overall experience was nice. Total around $140
