J2- Pizza and sushi in Shoprite plaza. Pizza is good, great sushi. Service is not good.

Coffee
French Press - Freshly Roasted exotic coffee beans. Ground and brewed on demand by the cup. Standard method is pour over, but you can request just about any. Ask which brand are freshest.

Kol Shimshon - fixed mincha and maariv every 15 minutes at peak times otherwise every 1/2 hour
West Gate - Maariv every 20 minutes from 8-12

I know a yeshiva that is looking for a big sukkah in Lakewood for a simchas beis hashoiva...... zichron shnuer  & sons of Israel is already booked...... does anyone know of any other big sukkas in Lakewood area that can fit between 75 - 100 people? thanks!!

You can try eizokivitch shul on 7th st. IIRC they have a big succah.

Yoseph Newhouse on Elaine Street has a huge sukka that he lets people use for Simchos. I've seen multiple Brissim going on concurrently with roomy mens and ladies sections for each in separate 'rooms'.  732-363-4277

But I think he does for simchos, and wont just give a spot so early on for a yeshiva simchos bais hashoavah. But I guess it cant hurt to try.
