there are many possibilities. He may have been in the bathroom, he may have been eating lunch on a table in the front, he may have been in the stockroom, or maybe they allow him to go out for ten minutes to daven mincha. There are numerous other possibilities as well.

i am looking to meet someone by the turnpike to go to Baltimore where they will park their car and get a ride with me. They will be coming form the north while i for Lakewood. Anyone know of a place where they can park for 6 hours or so?

Have him get off 7A and just pick a residential block to meet up on and park there.

today I got a flat tire
was waiting for AAA to come and tow me
the police came while I was waiting
and said they are calling a tow truck and I was charged a $150
they didn't let me wait for AAA they said it is not in a safe place

What Township?
Was it really not in a safe place?

The cops get a kick back from the towing company.
Same story happend a few weeks ago in lkwd. The police officer was reported, and he got flack for it from the chief.
The Township said they would pay for the tow IIRC.

If the car was really in a safe place, you shouldn't let this slide.

If you were really in a safe spot, you should call the police dept, and the Township and file a complaint.
They won't be surprised. It isn't the first time this happened.

I hope you got the officers name/badge number.

Yeah, I've seen many a cop by the body shops coming for their weekly kick backs .. Smh

I had a similar story in Howell, when I was involved in an accident.
The chief was also on scene, when I told him that I wanted to call my own towing company and the officer didn't let me, the officer responded to him that I didn't tell him that I am calling one... (Obviously not because when I asked him he said no he already called one because I am in an unsafe spot, I was safely on the shoulder)
