Cheapest is probably a train from PHL to the bus station,than a bus into Lakewood.

Obviously not the cheapest option but I just took an Uber from Lakewood to PHL and it only cost me $85. (I expected it to be a lot more).

Downtown,don't remember which one exactly but it's a few stops from the airport. The bus station is across the street.
