It seems to be public knowledge it just didn't hit your ears yet (or not from a reliable source). The name was mentioned the same day that they closed so it was never a secret.

Now if he said how much it was bought for and how much debt there is on the business..... then I'd agree with you.

Who's better food?

In my opinion prime 95 has a bit better food but can be a bit pricey and the difference in price is does not reflect in how good the food is. Although the perks of prime 95 over Entree is that they have wine and sushi so if all you need is a steak then I would go to entree...but then again who can eat a steak without wine!

Freehold Ophthalmology is supposed to be good, however you need a referral from your PCP to receive coverage from United Healthcare (not sure about other HMOs). They have an office on Jack Martin off the 88.

In short it's being used for things other then what it is permitted for.
So they are being shut down.
