How does someone go about getting a passport on 4th street? Do you need to bring in a properly sized image or they take pictures there? What documents do you need? And do they have forms there to fill out or you need to download one from online?

You can take pics there or bring your own.
they have forms there.
You can probably find the requirements of what docs you need online.

They will take pictures there for a fee. They will likely tell you that you need to anyhow. They have forms there.

you can either bring in the proper image or they take it there for $10
You can print out the form online, and bring with the documents stated in the form, they also have forms over there.
and cash or check for the fees

PSA -Passport places charge $10 to take your picture. You can have a friend take your picture against a white background and upload it here

where it'll take your photo and make it into the right size. Then you print out 1 4x6 photo in any photo store (25 cents?) that has 4 2x2 passport pics. Give the passport office 2 and the other 2 to your local friendly shadchan.

Anyone know people flying into Lakewood for Pesach? This is a super long shot, but I may need to fly out of EWR on 4/22 (Erev Pesach) and come back to PHL on 5/1 (day after Pesach). I have a mini van and want to co-ordinate to get my car returned to LKWD and possibly even delivered to PHL while helping someone else out!!

If there's anyone who needs to either get from EWR to LKWD Erev or from LKWD - PHL on 5/1 PM me and we'll work it out.

The cheapest place is probably Spirits Unlimited, but they sell spoiled wine and they snitched on a Jewish store (as was discussed up thread) so I personally would rather pay more elsewhere.
