They require a debit card, membership number isn't sufficient anymore. I don't know if hertz will accept an expired debit card , but as long as you still have a checking account with usaa, you can call to get a new card

Try to be Dan Lekaf Zchus, I was just in Starbucks and I saw the same gallon bottle with purple cap and taking a closer look I saw it was indeed POF ( possibly creamer)
