J2- Pizza and sushi in Shoprite plaza. Pizza is good, great sushi. Service is not good.

Coffee
French Press - Freshly Roasted exotic coffee beans. Ground and brewed on demand by the cup. Standard method is pour over, but you can request just about any. Ask which brand are freshest.

Kol Shimshon - fixed mincha and maariv every 15 minutes at peak times otherwise every 1/2 hour
West Gate - Maariv every 20 minutes from 8-12

Anyone familiar with tenant's rights and laws in Lakewood regarding tenant desire to renew their lease if they want? Assuming the tenant has met all prior lease obligations in the past can the landlord refuse to renew their lease for no apparent reason?

Why not? Giving the proper notice? What if the landlord decides he wants the whole house?
Unless your talking from a halachik standpoint of bar metzra, that another tenant is moving in?

A landlord can only kick you out if he himself wants to live there. He can NOT kick you out to enable him to rent it to his friend.

Correct. He can only raise you 5% (or 6?) per year and can not kick you out unless he himself is moving in down there. You have rights according to the law.
