Is that my best bet for auto loan? as for 2014 car rate was 4.89% which does not seem so great

I got from a FAFCU, but I bought from a dealer. They have very good rates.

No, FAFCU will not refi a car that has any balance remaining, they will only finance it if there is currently no loan on it. (at least that's what the rep told me)

am a monsey resident and traveling to a wedding in lakewood did some research on Mikva Tahara Available in Lakewood. i was surprised at the congestion and little options there are for weekdays.
In Monsey the total number of rooms from all mikvaos combined are about 200+, versus Lakewood main mikva has 40 rooms + some other small ones in town with an approximate total of 70-90 rooms, and Lakewood as a much larger and younger population
This is a bigger crisis then shidduch crisis in my humble opinion and can cause tragic ramifications.
Lakewood needs some philanthropists to jump in and build a new 100 room facility,
Everyone likes to dedicate shuls etc. but this is crucial for the purity of Klal Yisroel

and booking is only allowed 3 days before, day 1 of 3 2 hrs in to night all mikvas were sold out, Good luck!

Yeah it's a serious problem. Unbelievable that in a city like Lakewood, access to mikvaos should be even remotely difficult...

They need to relinquish control and allow local Mikvaos to operate.

Good luck getting an appointment in Monsey on a summer night within the first few hours, this may be an issue in lakewood, but it's not nearly as big of an issue as you make it sound, and you make it sound like monsey is the gold standard, it's not - it's worse than lakewood.

Who's stopping mikvaos from operating? For most small mikvaos it just doesn't make sense to operate all week long mostly because of privacy issues.

I remember when i got married i was approached to give a donation for the lakewood Mikva, and was told to make check payable to Monsey mikva.....there was some relation bet the 2 at the time....(maybe its monseys fault )

You couldn;t get ANY appointment or just not the one you wanted?
BTW the local ones have much more leeway with the Mikva attendants  able to give special appointments for "emergencies" like this
and it helps too if you can be fully prepared before

You can always get an appt. Just call mikva directly after opening in the evening.

Many developments have a Friday night mikvah. They should consider opening them up all week long.
