Your suggestion doesn't address the problem. You're admitting that if everyone was "responsible and booked early", there would still be plenty of people going on 1am, because there just isn't enough availability for everyone to go within normal hours.

"First come first served" should not be the motto for the local mikvah.

Adding to what I said before/as well as to this...
it's almost impossible to get thru to the automated system (7 am 3 days in advance) and once you finnally do, without it disconnecting the call (maybe try #45 without exaggeration)... The appointments available are ridiculously late...

Theres no question about it, if the motto is "first come first serve" it's definitely crossed the line into crisis territory..

I sometimes wonder if the people in charge ever took the time to try and book an appointment through the system at 7:00 AM, so they can see how it works (or doesn't work).

I don't really want to rehash that entire thread, but your condecending comment is repulsive. Take a step back and think whether or not there is an obligation to overload the Lakewood infrastructure so that people who are doing just fine wherever they are can have an inground pool. Maybe it should be pushed anyhow. That does not change the very real effect that it has.

If I have an idea for an invention where is my best bet to turn to. It seems like the company that was in lakewood is no longer around? and the company in NYC did not work out.

Also its an abstract idea right now and I don't want to spend so much yet for an attorney. I need to try and access a company that will help me finance and develop my idea.
