Have not been to the Lakewood location but the Grilled Salmon Sandwich and Tacos are both delicious in the LA locations.

IMO sushi express on 2nd st is better than both of those

Drove by sushi express didn’t look to inviting on the outside so I went to Glatt bite. Service was great food was ready extremely fast and the food was great.

If it works. That is something that some were questioning. The answer to that was that it can be used as a base for deliveries and that this may be the primary purpose. But for that the expense of this location is not needed.

Perhaps their rent will be discounted to a point to make it worthwhile because their presence significantly boosts revenue from other stores in the strip

Pro Tip: When it comes to fast food restaurants, don't judge a book by its cover. Then outside doesn't necessarily need to be nice in order for the establishment to have good food.

Some other good examples of that are; south side sandwich shop, Manalapan Chinese, Mikes chicken, (falafel & chips which isn't around anymore) etc.
