To install flooring for a lakewood basement what do you recommend vinyl or laminate in terms of longevity, ease of care, price etc...?
Flooding is not a problem in this basement.

Vinyl might be better for humidity.

The simple reason there is no unified eruv in Lakewood is because there are many cross streets that are large enough to make any eruv questionable, at least on yeshiva standards. That why most areas have local eruvin, that circumvent any main streets.
