Let's just say ~500 units is much better than the ~1700 originally planned.
I'm just upset they mentioned that they might remove obligation for a second entrance later. I think a second entrance should be mandatory. I am glad that they required them to widen cross that far. I'm afraid of james and prospect getting much more traffic.

Actually the 1st figure includes basements while the 500+ figure doesn’t, the real number they approved is about 1100 units.

Re: the required improvements for traffic, it’s all a meaningless joke. The traffic estimates are all fake and traffic will be at a standstill despite their symbolic efforts to mitigate the consequences.

if i recall correctly, the initial plans included the design for quadro-plexs ( imagine 2 duplexes back to back, but pressed together).

The first plan was never intended to pass. They knew they would receive serious push back, so they made it especially dense so they can take out some houses and hope everyone is happy with the "compromise".
