Do you need to sign up for it or be a member of a certain school?
My understanding is that Bais Tova is only for students and families of Bais Tova and Shiras Devorah

interesting, my daughter's school was supposed to have boxes on Friday, when I asked, I was told to just go to Bais Tova.

It's possible they share the same food program.

Which school? Could make sense, although I saw everybody with some type of paper. Bnos Melech was also giving out a Shabbos box to all

I know it's not your question, but I found it quiet easy to change iPhone screens myself. Never tried the newer models, but successfully did 5s and 6s a number of times. You can buy the replacement screens on Amazon for between $20-$35 (most professional services charge about $100 IIRC). Some of the replacement screens come with just the screen, and some come with a new front camera, speaker, and proximity sensor - which makes the replacement much simpler. There are videos online that walk you through it, and it shouldn't take you more than $15 minutes the first time. (I can do it now in about 4-5 minutes...)

Not something you should be doing unless you don't care to mess up your phone especially on newer phones. It can get very tricky.

I never tried the new ones, so I can't talk about those. I do think that the older ones are fairly simple, but I guess any time you open your phone there is some risk.
