I guess one way could be that by decreasing consumption and raising the tax rate they will be able to sustain the roads at a less expensive price because less people will be driving on them.

An economist would more likely say that fuel is a comfort item and is therefore relatively inelastic.

Why would Murphy try to stop a tax instituted by his predecessor? THe blame lies squarely at Christie's feet. Don't expect tax cuts from someone else to clean up your mess.

If your looking for a rapid test (less accurate) most don't offer that anymore, friendly urgent care was the last one I know of still offering. They ran out of rapid tests last week, not sure if they got more yet.
As a point of reference I got a PCR at Chai care on Wednesday, and had results by Friday afternoon.

with no insurance it may cost up to $100 I think. Worth calling ahead to see what they charge and how long the wait.
Technically you don't need an appointment.

Indoor dining will be allowed to resume in New Jersey with a 25 percent capacity limit beginning on Friday, Gov. Phil Murphy announced on Monday.

Indoor dining was expected to return with limited capacity in July, state officials decided to "pause" the reopening due to an uptick in cases in other states that allowed indoor dining.
