In Lakewood I've only heard of expensive and bad.
Started giving myself haircuts more often.

Seasons used to have from Shloime's (in Brooklyn, same as Pomegranate in Brooklyn carried.) Not sure if they still carry them.

I personally like the pies from Kosher West. No frills, just yummy pie.

Standard barber shop price in Lakewood is $16-18. So I wouldn't call $15 cheap.

Your best bet is to walk in to any local yeshiva and ask who the barber is, what he charges, and which night he gives haircuts.

Not limited, (I'd guess leisure village west will be next which has cheap housing)
The current area where people are buying is a decent amount of houses. There's plenty of place to spread to. Cheaper then many other areas, and you have to realize the prices right now are well well above what the 15-20 people who bought even a few months ago paid

You get a lot of house for your money relative to everywhere else and you only need one house

Right there is no natural progression to another area in Manchester. Holly oaks I would say that a very large portion of the housing there is way too small for the average family to be interested in (under 1500 sqf). I understand  that holly oaks has its appeal but manchester is no way the new jackson or toms river, at best its brick maybe howell
