there needs to be a 5 second time when its red in both directions. also a red turning arrow for sure. that would eliminate 50% of the accidents.

but we'll just get a 'its a county issue' response.

5 seconds of red wouldn't have prevented this accident, that's a different issue. A red turning arrow could have prevented but that builds up lots of traffic and its really annoying when there's a clear visibility of no oncoming cars

Everyone comes up with great ideas, but forget that delays cause a lot of traffic.

Under 800 sf is pretty small, and they can't demand more than what the ordinance says. It won't make a difference because there will be more than enough parking in the back.
