Last year I had $3000 in electronics "out for delivery" during a snow dusting. They are still on their way but running late.

For someone local, I find posting on status to be very useful. Efraim Feder will post on his status for you as well, got me a bunch of leads. For more specialized employees, I’ve used Indeed, and pretty happy.

You can negotiate at R&F, I know I did when I got my sofa there, but they aren’t particularly cheap.

I doubt you can negotiate at IKEA, but they’re cheap.

I didn't even know you can negotiate at R&F. I posted because I assume the OPs goal is to get a decent value for cheap which you can find at IKEA and R&F.
