I ain’t none of the above. But if there was allegedly road rage, video footage from along lanes mill road may help prove otherwise. If you live in the vicinity it’s worth checking the footage. Have a feeling the allegations are based on the testimony of the 73 y/o driver. Just my 2 cents.

+1 it is based on his testimony, and for all you know, if there's footage it can show that the 73 year old was trying to cut off the 18 year old for example.

If there's no footage, I don't see how the prosecution can prove anything.

Charges have been filed based on whatever testimony they currently have. Unless compelling evidence comes up to exonerate him he and his family will endure much shame, headache and financial ruin until he is cleared. That is assuming he would be eventually cleared. Not having proper evidence in our justice system in todays day and age does not guaranty acquittal.  Innocent until proven guilty is an iffy proposition nowadays.
