a small somewhat chasidishe minyan in a house (it is called that partially as a joke as the founder is a berditcheve einekel)

There are 3 Minyanim for Sleichos at 613 Madison Ave. 10:50 PM, 12:50 AM, and 8:05 AM followed by Shachris

What shul is 613 madison, also, doesn't it have to be after chatzos?

Many shuls do it before chatzos. I would imagine there's a heter that they're relying on.

Just checked google maps, it's the sphardi shul. Is it a sphardic minyan? (there is a multi-race  kollel there)Is it only the sephardim who say selichos b4 chatzos?

Was never there, but heard about it a couple times. . . its referred as "the klioz".

It is an ashkenaz minyan, there is a yeshiva and kolel there.

someone told me that he asked his rav who told him that R' Moshe held you can see selichos anytime after ztais (besides the first night) I have not verified this

even though I'm not a talmid of bmg but it's bec of them that there is even some place were jews live called lakewood have a little hakores hatov they didn't ask for much they just asked for no seats
