The fact that Lakewood doesn't have many restaurants, doesn't make Ottimo recommended for someone who's

not looking to spend a lot

Ummmm. So you're advice to him then is not to go out? And ottimo has pretty standard cafe cafe prices. What would you consider not a lot for a restaurant? $20 for a meal or two?

Looking at the menu, the average check would be at least $60+. Add tax and tip and you hit $70+.
That's cheap?

Which place would be recommended to go out to dinner with my wife. Not looking to pay tons, but some decent food in a nice atmosphere? Want to stay in Lakewood proper, to to limited babysitting time for the kids.

Sorry I wasn't clear enough. I want a fleishig place, and I'm looking at an upgrade over Glattbite/Dlux.
What are my choices? Reserve/Entree/ Yussis Grill? Which should I go to for decent food and waiter service?

reserve is the most$$$$. entree will go for about $60 but seems to be a great place. (was never there but i know people that went.) Yussies is good but no waiter service. on the other hand its half the price of the other places.

I would never pay top dollar to sit with another couple again. Besides that, they messed up my order, and the food wasn't too great.
