I still fail to see the issue. If I said "only in NY' or Chicago, would it still be loshon hora? Do you believe that I'm bad mouthing the entire lakewood because of some naive little kids?

you still have not explained why this is loshon hara, i fail to see why pointing out a unique characteristic of a city is lashon hara if there is no implied or inherent flaw or negativity.

Frankly the fact that you perceive it as lashon hara seems to indicate that you look at this positive trait in a negative light...

Popped in Vanilla cafe tonight for a light meal. Place is pretty nice, music was too loud for classical music. The owner is the same guy from J cafe. Terrible, terrible service. They have a drinks promo, buy any dish and get a free drink. That's the only thing that made it to our table easily. Took a while til anyone took our order. They brought my sushi out quick enough but they didn't bring my soup. Someone else ordered sweet potato sushi which took them 45 minutes to tell us that they ran out of sweet potato.

Summary, its a new place, service stinks and I'm not surprised.

this doesn't strike me as chutzpa, or a lack of respect, simply a child pointing out that he doesn't see cars like that around with the naive understanding that it must in fact be "goyish".
Iv'e had a little kid ask me when i used to smoke " why are you blowing those smoking sticks like goyims do? or when i went jogging in a yeshivishe neighborhood, ive heard a kid say to his mother "look mommy a goy is on our block"

This is the product of living in a very high density jewish area, children where i live now couldn't possible come to such a conclusion as they constantly see and interact with non jews, mod-ox and non religious jews
