Anyone know a good endodontist for root canal, that takes Jersey care? I heard of Dr. Eisner and Dr. Blum in Freehold, NJ - anyone use them?

Nice review!
Have you tried their desserts? I have had the waffles and the fried brownie bar, both simply amazing. The dessert portions are generous too, big enough to just get one and split
+1 on the desserts, they are amazing. Justa little upsetting that the went up from $3.99 (an awesome price for the amount they gave) to i think $6.99 (still a fair price, but not cheap enough to just get!)

I'm in love with their homemade onion rings, which is also real cheap and a huuuuge portion...

The Kosher Taco™ review

Until recently, I never thought of stepping of into the Kosher Taco. The advertisements gave me this feeling that it's not the type of restarant I would enjoy. When my brother from out of town ate there and told me that I have to go, I finally found the strength to drive down the 9.

Food
The food they cook is incredible. Their portions are also very generous, and everything is well seasoned. My first time, I ordered the Italian hot dog, which I would describe as cut up hot dogs in a sandwich along with fried onions and other things that made it delicious and filling. As a side, I ordered dry rub chicken wings (on sale Thursdays $3 for 6 wings). They have just the perfect amount of delicious seasoning. Amazing.

Next time I ordered the spicy (optional) Philly steak sandwich. The sandwich came overstuffed with steak, bell peppers and hot peppers.  The hot peppers add a delicious, natural and fresh heat to the sandwich. As a side I ordered chulent (only at end of the week) which I remember to be very good.

The last time I went, I ordered a spicy Mexican burger. They gave me a massive, tasty burger. My biggest gripe is that they didn't have any sauces for it so it came out to be a dryer burger than I'm used too. As a side I got the blooming onion with their amazing dip. I couldn't help but finish it when I was stuffed already. I also discovered their smoothies. They go for $7.50, but for a restaurant that's not too bad. I got berry flavor and was absolutely floored. I literally had thoughts (more like accusations ;) ) that they put milk in it. I wasn't calmed until I watched them put pareve ice cream in the blender :)

My wife ordered a grilled chicken in a whole wheat wrap every time. She enjoys it, but she sure hates changing things up. I should point out that I didn't order some of the more appetizing dishes (later I explain why), so others will enjoy the food even more than we did.
9.5/10

Service
You order at the counter and sit down by a booth and they bring you the food. The staff come by every so often to make sure everything is OK. The food comes out fast. Too fast. Like super duper fast. I would've enjoyed slower service and longer wait times between sides and main dishes. I probably could have asked for slower service.

The owner was very helpful. I eat only Beit Yosef meat, so I was planning on eating chicken dishes. I asked him for bishul Beit Yosef to which he responded that he'll personally cook for us any non-pre-prepared dish. The owner patiently went through the menu, pointing out which dishes are Beit Yosef meat and which dishes he can prepare for us. I was impressed. I was sad that the tacos, burritos, and chimchangas were not available to us ;(
8/10

Ambience
The restaurant is somewhere between a fast food joint and a regular sit down restaurant, and the ambience there matches that. You can tell that the owner spent some money for it to look nice but at the same time the place feels like it could be a little cleaner. It's not too loud and it's nice that the booths offer walled in privacy.
5.5/10

Price
The food is very well priced. My average bill was between $25-$30, and they also flip a coin at certain hours to get up to 20% off.
nice job!  the only thing i dont like there is the cholent...but i love thats its open till 2am (at least!) every night

Big fan of kosher taco. I must say though that taking their food to go is nowhere near eating it there.  they do a great job at presenting the food, makes it look much more appetizing, and the food just tastes much better straight out of the kitchen

Was there yesterday. I thought it was a step above the standard Lakewood fare, especially the presentation, but overall, I wasn't too impressed. Most of the menu is regular American/Jewish food, and the few "Mexican" dishes are far from traditional Mexican.
The desserts were good, and the service is efficient and nice.

I would have to disagree. I consider their food gourmet fast food.(if its not an oxymoron).

Was just at Estreia. The ambience is very nice, unparalleled in Lkwd IMHO (though that's not saying much, it's really a very nicely done place). Service is amazing! I hear it's owned by Itche Rosenbaum & Shloimie Green. Can anyone confirm?

I figured that. Lakewood kinda needs such places, but I wonder if they'll have enough customers 2 be successful in the long run... How's Reserve doing? Are they busy?

Seems like you missed the boat.  Even the regular American/Jewish dishes have a Mexican twist.  For example,  the Cole slaw is somewhat spicy.

Great for people like myself that like traditional American/Jewish food,  but also like spicy food.

I don't like Mexico fajitas and burritos,  but the regular food with a Mexican twist is great!

Spicy≠Mexican.
You can have your food made spicy at any restaurant without calling it Mexican food.

Lol.  Sprinkling black pepper on your Cole slaw at your local restaurant ain't gonna cut it .

And yes,  in order to serve  traditional food with a Mexican style -  part of the process is gonna be to spice it up a bit.
