This argument is really out of hand, since the question was halachik, and it could be that a "Ir" is "lav davka" the huge amount of property that lakewood really is. It could be defined a lot smaller, and for-sure be majority Jewish.

He's famous.  He's been around for years.  He used to work in a local Jewish retail store.

I've used Lipa's, but I think they just bring a guy in from outside (sub).  I would have used Yitz's, except that I needed mechanical work, and wanted that done by Lipa.

eta - I've also used someone else...forgot his name.  He lives off 14th.  His father is a rosh yeshiva, IIRC.

IF you're looking for quality work than All State Collision is the way to go. He does the best work.
