I'm with CBC! Anybody who has been in this town longer then 5 years (which most of you bmg hating guys are Prob not) knows CBC is right! Bmg will always be here and they Prob will always have the largest voting bloc. I would recommend moving to a town in nj with significantly lower taxes  or move to whichever town you came from originally. The vad since its inception has done a lot more good then harm. The guys who screw this town up are the brooklyn people who usually have 3 characteristics. 1- Hates bmg/yeshiva. 2- think they can do it better (with little to no experience). 3- takes everything any candidate who is against yeshiva at face value. If you all would learn from the test case, ie the BOE, the 1 time the vad lost everything got screwed up.

Actually FYI the current issue with mosdos/housing and taxes affects many mosdos other than BMG. But you wouldn't know that, for you its all a conspiracy by the evil BMG to impoverish the balei batim..

FYI I have a full time job and I also have to move house soon because my real estate taxes are unaffordable!

So now that most of your assertions about me are totally off, just maybe I know a thing or two about "politics" more than the typical balhabatim who nebach feel disenfranchised in Lakewood, and get satisfaction out of bashing BMG. These people would jump on any band wagon candidate who runs on a platform against a yeshiva. RC'L.

High taxes have absolutely nothing to do with BMG. Our taxes are insanely high, but they are definitely similar to many NJ municipalities. We would be best voting for candidates that care about our ztzibur and are not acting alone.

Langert for has proven to put politics before our tzibur. He has pandered to the seniors who are practically our enemies in every way.

Just in ocean county alone,  Lakewood has the highest general tax rate, and that was in 2013 at 2.42. Now they are already at 2.689!
i though NJ passed a law that property taxes cannot go up more that 2% a year, but apparently Lakewood seems to be above that.

Irrelevant. This happened 5+ years ago. It has absolutely nothing to do with the current election cycle, langert just dug up an old scandal to stir everyone up against the vaad.

See the picture on this post. That is something on the table NOW to allow the expired sale of Cedarbridge to be redone and used for housing.

You learn on the job while focusing on the goal- lowering taxes.

How many of you vote in every election?? (incl BOE and amendments) I have not seen a SOLE in the last 3 elections that I went to vote- including the 30 million dollar question on sept 30th.

My position that the vaad is not an evil cartel ran by BMG to steal our tax dollars is so ridiculous that I must be trolling.
