AMEX Gold Charge card signup bonus

is there a signup bonus (MR Points?) for the gold (businesses) charge card ?
(they're offering me 1st year free, is there a signup bonus i should wait for?)
is it churnable? (i signed up 2 years ago during the 25,000 MR promo, can i get it again)? anyone have any experience?

another question; if during a 'free' year i upgrade to plat. and then downgrade back, do i get the rest of the year free?
