Charge all the way before using.
That is all? I've also seen tips to charge all the way and drain all the way for 3 consecutive times...
this sounds more like a SEGULA but you never know
I've heard about draining once and fully charging, I doubt 3 times would make a difference.Either way let me know if you can actually make it through a full day without tethering your phone to a wall. I've yet to do that since I got mine
That is a given with any smartphone and I've come to terms with that.

Not if it has a removable battery that can be charged separately from the phone.Achilles heel for me. Kudos to Samsung for not going down that Apple path.
I actually just read in two separate places that this is done to achieve maximum capacity.
3, then 6, then 9, and then 18 dips on consecutive days.
Regardless of the removable fact. I mean that it is a given that no smartphone can go through a day without charge for that one battery. It is obvious that if you have extra batteries with you you can switch without plugging in...
Of course. But I used my GNex to navigate all around BA with GPS and make calls over wifi, etc. Plus I have spares so that I can use it all day, fly all night, and hit the road running.Without a removable battery it would have been awful.
Portable USB charger/s?
The pros outweigh the cons BIG time!
For people that don't travel and are always at a desk, true.
The cons here being a portable USB charger. Not such a big con IMO.
