I looked into this extensively in the past. Apparently there is some kind of swordfish that might get a pink/orange color, but it is much larger than salmon and would be much more expensive than salmon, so there's no incentive to switch.

Anyone know whether frozen dragonfruit chunks with no additives require supervision? Item is product of Vietnam.

I cannot find dragonfruit on any kosher agency website.

Thanks for the response. I actually spoke to someone who works for the OU and he told me Coke is fine in Turkey
