I employ people to check product in case by case.
But truth is I should have them open each case because last year we found mealmart kishka chametz and pesach mixed in the same case.
In my experience Meal Mart is the worst offender

I was in a different Lakewood store right before Pesach and I found a non-kosher-for-Pesach yogurt mixed in with the others. It's a lesson for always, make sure to check EVERY product you buy for the right label.
