Cincinnati kosher is good and is on the crc list.



Bk on the other hand is only acceptable on the violife fake cheese...

The picture/website posted does NOT look like Cincinnati Kosher. It is called Kosher Certification Company - KCC and has a different logo and different people running it.

Also if you just went by the Rabbi running it, a lot more people would eat Triangle K...

Anisakis is why many don't eat wild salmon. If they are now foind in farmed, that's way bigger news.

A Israeli product that has an Israeli hechsher that is not trusted, is imported to america and gets slapped with an additional mediocre Heimish hechsher. What does that mean? Do you think they actually checked anything out or just slapped their name on someone else’s (bad) hechsher?

I think so. Even before this. Biggest issue with plain dried fruit from China is undisclosed color and flavor additives due to poor quality produce.
