Is it permissible to use a non kosher stovetop to cook an egg for example?
Leaving out the fact that the pot would become treif(my plan would be to use a disposablepan). Or would a peoce of foil in-between the flame and pan be sufficient to make a separation?

Is this a true answer to this question?

Is one allowed to cook food in a kosher pot on a non-kosher stove top?

A. Yes, by placing something in between (a blech, silverfoil, metal hanger).

What is a non-Kosher stovetop anyways?

Don't most people use the stove for both milchigs and fleishigs?

That's true. But just the idea where chaz'uer fleish was cooked on, gives a different statues where I feel the need to avoid putting my pots or even a foil pan directly on top of that.
Though I'm curious how that actually works in a frum house where many use the same burner for milk and meat. And I'm sure it's not always perfectly clean when using the burner? What's the heter for that?

There is a difference between a treif stovetop and milchigs-fleishigs in a kosher kitchen. The former requires libun gamur.

It could be that a Frum Jew who buys a ready made house in Lakewood may have 2 stovetops, but generally people who don't have such luxuries, be it that they are buying a second hand home, one not designed for Frum Jews, or one with too small a kitchen will generally not have two stovetops.

It's important to differentiate between halacha and a chumra

Separate sides
The only reason to do that is if you're worried about the zeiah cooking the previously deposited zeiah inside the hood. R Moshe says it's a problem of bishul bassar b'chalav. It doesn't assur any food.
