Every hashgacha has +&-.
Anyone know the hechsher on this? Not on website.https://www.violife.com/en-us/products/dairy-free-cheese-slices/just-like-cheddar-slices
I found this hechsher in some pictures of their productshttps://www.balkankosher.org/
Cincinnati kosher is good and is on the crc list.Bk on the other hand is only acceptable on the violife fake cheese...
It's good on the fake cheese? Can you confirm again?
As of several months ago BK is not acceptable. Thanks for bringing it up.
Reliable?
interesting. the untempered chocolate melting point is somewhere under yad soledes
Some also don’t kasher in the classical way they just push through large amounts of cocoa butter or parve chocolate to remove any mamashus and then run the kosher parve chocolate run under yad soledes to avoid bliyos
do raw coffee beans (nonflavored) need a hechser?
Raw or roasted? Either way, unflavored doesn't need a hechsher.
There are a number of those who consider cocoa butter to be a liquid usable for kashering when it is in liquid state. IIRC Dayan Westheim has a writeup about this.
Thank you. And yes, this was yet another instance where raw meant raw
Yes but as mentioned above most don’t consider it to be usable for kashering since it is not liquid in its regular state
