Are there any currently available brands that have Bishul Yisroel canned sliced water chestnuts and/or bamboo shoots? (Gefen used to sell them but discontinued both)

You’re going to need a larger percentage to change from the pashtus. Raw meat is also eaten raw.. sometimes with raw eggs as well

That one is explicitly Shulchan aruch, people would be resistant to change unless it really becomes the primary way.

Regardless, I think we all intuitively know meat eggs and fish are not usually eaten raw even if the concept of eating them raw exists.

They too aren’t eaten raw and IIRC it’s even poisonous to some degree raw
