Can never figure out why the articles I see from Kashrus organizations about food deliveries ignore the obvious reasons that he  points to to why it isn’t an issue.

I have a few questions for someone with this experience or knowledge (i.e., how can they kasher 3-4 kitchens in a foreign country in an 8 day period with only 1 or 2 mashgichim). I'm not at all looking to question any specific program, or these programs in general, just want to understand it better. If anyone has this experience or can put me in touch, it would be appreciated. I'm willing to pay the mashgiach for their time. Thanks.

i’m not familiar with your articles, but if you heard  the next thing in the shiur which is that he puts a full disclaimer that he doesn’t know anything about hechsherim in America… It’s  possible to really Differentiate between a place where everything is kosher basically, And a place where they’re doing simultaneous deliveries of kosher and non-kosher food. There should be bigger problem of possible cross contamination. Who exactly is checking that his bag is clean especially when it comes to pizza that can easily leech grease through the box.
Slurpees!!! Definitely a valid cheshash that flavor wasn’t available and switched for a similar not kosher flavor

In Israel none of the delivery services have any kind of Choisamos, everybody relies on אנן סהדי

that doesn't make it right. There's a world of difference between lechatchila and bidi'eved. Just because a consumer has a right to a bidi'eved doesn't mean a hashgacha has a right to ignore halacha

How does a chosem tell you that grease didn’t leak through the box?

every time the rishoinim and poskim bring down נהנה בחילופו it's referring to bedieved that you don't have to be concerned with missing choisem or mekulkal . Not the we're  שולח לכתחילה

I took a quick look at the חלקת בנינמין. He points out that the Gra gives the source on that Remah from tosfos who is talking about doing it לכתחילה. I think the פרי תואר notes that it can be done לכתחילה as well.

that's clearly not the set up of the bedek habyis ave Rema and basically mefurash not like that in the rishoinim.
The one thing you have going for that is that it's clearly a better heter than mirtas/ nitfas kiganav
