Who are the poskim that do not allow a mechiras chometz to be done through zochin? Who are the ones that do allow it?
(Clearly the Rabanut in Israel holds its ok because all of the Bourbon from Sazerac (A. Smith Bowman, Barton 1792, Buffalo Trace, Canadian Mist, Glenmore, Les Distilleries Sazerac, Sazerac, 1820 Spirits) are sold as kosher.

Or perhaps there are other reasons to be matir (such as the chazon ish, that the issue of chometz sh'avar alav hapesach is only if it was owned by a firm yid.

I once heard from a respected kashrus expert that when the question of the status of the bugs after being freeze dried was being dealt with some rabbanim actually freeze dried bugs and although it came out looking the same way it went in the second you gave it a little touch it crumbled into a pile of dust.

I've heard this regarding frozen items not freeze dried. Drying does not intend to preserve in is current state.

There is a plant in the United States, Nebraska, which brings meat into the country as chalak Beit Yosef and by the Beit Yosef Badatz, through the importer G.P.S. and company N. There has never been supervision there, and even the shochtim and the entire team of inspectors have never passed the certification examinations of the Chief Rabbinate, but were all approved by one rabbi who traveled for a day or two, "examined" and "approved," and since then, everything has been operating without supervision, and no one speaks up or protests (except for two regular team leaders who serve there in rotation).

On Thursday, the team traveled to the Staburg plant from the Staubryan plant to slaughter veal calves. The team leader did not arrive at all for the slaughter on Thursday. This is an unprecedented matter in its severity, especially since it involves mehadrin slaughter of the Beit Yosef Badatz. This happened many times.

At the Serovi plant in Uruguay in the month of Av 5784 (2024), a French team worked for three weeks for the Beit Yosef Badatz. For two weeks, four shochtim worked according to the Badatz protocol, while in the third week, only three shochtim worked with the same amount of slaughter.

In the summer of 5784, fillet meat arrived under Beit Yosef kashrus that was not properly deveined according to several menakarim. Nothing was done to remove the meat from the Israeli market, except for several cities that removed it with the intervention of Rabbi Eliezer Simcha Weiss.

There are plenty of on the ground local Israeli rabbonim who have no problem saying this.
But... "Israel Hashgacha be crazy", "I'm not machmir on chalav yisroel so they all must be fine", "It's all politics, they're all the same", "whaday mean, they must all be as good as the acceptable, not level A++++ hashgachos on the CRC list" etc...
