Are the inflight warmed nuts a problem?
I can think of numerous potential issues but am not familiar enough with the fact on the ground (or in the air).

First and foremost is whether they were kosher to start off with when they came onto the plane.

If you know they were warmed (not double wrapped) in a treif oven, would you consume?
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

On my EWR-TLV flight the FA seemed to know, and took it back from me and gave me a sealed bag if nuts with a hechsher, that made me assume they know from experience that those who request kosher meals dont eat those.
But then again later on the same FA offered me the Chalav stam ice cream (I assume) after a chicken meal saying that he knows I can have it cuz I only ate chicken not beef....

So let me get this straight, your entire question was based on a non-jewish FA who "seemed to know"?

Nope. That was a funny (in my head for sure) point.

Rabbis Hod and Hochwald both received semicha from Yeshivas Hebron (Jerusalem) and are members of the Conference of German Rabbis and the Conference of European Rabbis. Rabbi Hochwald started his hechsher, which certifies about 100 companies throughout Europe, in 1993. They offer "an extensive knowledge of the structure of the German food industry, including raw materials and chemical substances, and perfect command of seven European languages, besides Hebrew and Yiddish." They have also authored articles on kashrus in International Food Ingredients and in the Jewish press in Eu

Reliable?

KSA https://www.monin.com/us/zero-calorie-natural-caramel.html
Where do you see that it's certified by KSA?

IINM KSA was acquired by the OK.

The picture of the back of the label has it.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

kosher without supercision according to Rabbi Eidelitz, who is widely respected and reliable https://kosherquest.org/is-it-kosher/food-additives/
he doesn't mention pesach
