Doesn't exist. You can get clear answers for everything in the US. In Israel it's impossible to get non-political answers and it's impossible to compare standards to the US.
To illustrate to a certain extent why you cannot get clear answers ANYWHERE (you need to know how to read between the lines, and how and where to dig deep enough, and even then take everything with a grain of salt and
use your own best judgment). There is a certain national Kashrus organization that has just sent a letter to a person who runs a certain website demanding that said website publicly retract defamatory statements previously poted on the website (the original defamatory post has been edited). Interestingly, there seemed to be some ambiguity and inconsistency between the Star-K and CRC "recommended lists" regarding the product in question.
So from a legal standpoint (as probably also from a Halachic standpoint) it is very complicated to say things that one believes are true regarding OTHER Hashgochos (which is probably why they use the term "recommended" and "not recommended" to protect themselves from any legal issues). Furthermore, I think it is safe to say that no Kashrus Certifying Agency is perfect. So it would be counter productive (from several perspectives) to publicly point out faults of others, as that could lead to a very slippery slope. One should only hope and wish that issues that are pointed out in limited circles that discuss Kashrus, should be taken in the proper spirit and addressed, rather than used as a spark to create a fire where others are damaged.
