How can we report kosher style restaurants to Google so that they don't have the "kosher" label?

If I understand correctly kosher is a legal term, in these cases it's malicious misinformation

P.s. Arthur's nosh bar is also treif with a kosher label

Does Google consider "kosher" a style?
Jews ≠ Zionists
Palestinians ≠ Hamas
Satmar ≠ SatmarHQ

Is "Kosher Miami" the "accepted by all" Hechsher in Miami, eaten by all northeastern vacationers, or are there known stricter ones? Looks like this is the most common hechsher.

Report it, shouldn't say that.

I couldn't find a way to report, but if you search the word "kosher" in the reviews it's a pity

When I went to a restaurant under Kosher Miami last year there was a “mashgiach” , a young teen in jeans who was in charge of checking the strawberries, romaine, etc. No Bodek or positive, just off the shelf produce. I was not comfortable eating there. Definitely don’t expect Lakewood standards....

Anyone have info on Kosher LA? CRC says they dont have any info on the hechser.
They certify all the socal coffee beans, and some local restaurants & some packaged products.
Personally i have always eaten it, and afaik they are considered trustworthy.

This is no longer a recommended hechsher for restaurants (its most common application. CBTL may be an exception. search the Los Angeles Master Thread for details).
they do not certify ALL the socal CBTL, and you must lookf for and read the teudah at each.
tagiing @Yehoshua if he has anything to add

Anyone have information about RCBC, is it considered a reliable hechsher?
Yes.

It's also on the cRc list.

This is what happens in the era of keywords and google. I am not 100% sure how googles algorithms work, but I can only imagine that a restaurant that says on it's web page - 'We are a kosher style deli that serves traditional foods, but are not certified as kosher' will probably show up in search results.

Even if google was willing and able to police them, you'd still wind up with restaurants that had less than reputable hashgachot, and then what? - Take Ben's Deli in NY for example - https://www.bensdeli.net/ - I don't know anyone frum who eats there, but they definitely have a hashgacha, which is sufficient enough under NY Law.

The rabbi is conservative. They also have the Triangle K hechsher from the meat plant on their website to make it look more legitimate.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

That wasn't my point. My point is this:
- It's difficult for google to police every restaurant that uses the keywords 'Jewish or Kosher' - even if the website makes it clear that they aren't kosher, but kosher/jewish style.

- Even if google could police those terms better, it legally can't eliminate a restaurant that has a hashgacha of any kind, regardless of how reputable any particular person thinks it is.

Being cognizant of the differences in minhagim and chumras, it's almost impossible to verify that every 'kosher' restaurant meets your standard. For example, there are those that have a minhag to only eat cheese that's been pasteurized at a temperature over 212 degrees F. Even if you searched for 'Kosher Cholov Yisroel Pizza'. You'd still probably a get a significant number of them that were not using "212 Cheese".

The bottom line - search or no search, you need to check the kashrus of any place you eat at and not rely on a search.

I don't have an issue with there being restaurants that meet different standards on the list, but by adding non kosher restaurants to the list it makes it more difficult for kosher consumers to find an establishment that meets their needs.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Does dishsoap suppose to have a hechsher? I know palmolive does but I bought Costco's Kirkland dishsoap and I noticed it doesn't have one. Anyone familiar if the ingredients can contain any non kosher substances?
