Black coffee in itself is kosher, the problem is if they wash the coffee dispensers together with the treif equipment  (Read Starbucks) so you have to find out the situation in that particular store.

I just heard that any mars brand chocolates such as snickers, milky way, Twix, m&ms etc are powdered milk. Can anyone confirm that?

While I'm not commenting on reliability of the aforementioned hechsher, but are you aware that most companies run full production on Shabbos? As far as retail goes,  Kof-K supervises BJ's bakeries open on Shabbos, OK certified Costco bakeries open on Shabbos, OU certifies Jewel bakeries open on Shabbos, KVH supervises Stop & Shop, Shaw's, and Star Market bakeries open on Shabbos. cRc certified Dunkin that's open on Shabbos.
