I have not had that experience in the last 2 years. I had two kids decide to go dairy free and was calling them constantly.

There is an independent website called "Kosher Starbucks" which does not appear to be affiliated with any kashrus organization (or Starbucks itself) and which claims to have researched the products.

I have no information about the process they use in their research or any Rabbanim who they consulted with, but they claim that all the refreshers other than Matcha Lemonade are not kosher.
