So how can anyone rely on the ratings?
I'll put it this way. The list was shown to a few kashrus experts who said that this list is pretty good for one who doesn't know all the ins and outs of kashrus in Israel. That being said things do change and certain experts have more inside knowledge and can provide better guidance.

This list may not be perfect but its the best list I ever saw.
As one who lives outside of Israel, its been the most helpful list i have seen personally. Instead of whatsapping my personal "LOR" kashrus expert about every hecsher i see.
