This list may not be perfect but its the best list I ever saw.

I'll put it this way. The list was shown to a few kashrus experts who said that this list is pretty good for one who doesn't know all the ins and outs of kashrus in Israel. That being said things do change and certain experts have more inside knowledge and can provide better guidance.

As one who lives outside of Israel, its been the most helpful list i have seen personally. Instead of whatsapping my personal "LOR" kashrus expert about every hecsher i see.

Also as PS. There is a chocolate with a OK "D" being sold in Israel that is cholov stam, im trying to find a picture to share.

My issue isn't necessarily with how the agencies are ranked. Its the concept that someone who we don't know made the rankings.

If the list was prepared by a certain rav or group of rabbanim you would be able to either say - I know them and their opinion is or is not someone I would rely on. And if you dont know them you can consult with your LOR and find out whether the person/people who prepared the list can be relied on.

But otherwise how do you know if the rankings are accurate?

The problem is that most Rabbanim or official experts shy away from doing such ranking lists, for obvious reasons.

i've seen similar lists. ZNT has one which is similar with minor differences. (He accepts CSBB, Kehillas, and Machpud as better than OU and Belz, for example.)

And Spero from JKN says the Badatz Meor is good, while the regular one is worthless, while this list lists them together.
