I bought Ripples All Dressed Chips while up in Toronto. They have a COR, but includes a DE and EL. I understand that the DE means that it is Dairy Equiptment—any clue what the EL means?

He is clearly saying it is specific to Purim and it would be based on the vertle quoted. In general, this story does not seem to have Mar bar Rav Ashi chasum alah and has very little detail.
