Which mileage program doesn't charge expedite fee? (international)

I'd like to see if there is any availability departing from NYC (or anywhere near, like PHL/BOS/WAS) to JNB for this weekend (i.e. departing either tomorrow or right after Shabbos), returning next week.   I'd like to be there for one Shabbos, so if I'd depart from nyc after Shabbos, then I want to return right after the following Shabbos.

However, is there anyone out there that doesn't charge an expedite fee (or whatever they call it) for booking so close to flight time (and also won't charge "fuel fees...)?

No, eco IME is easily avail.

You shouldn't have to come to it, but South African has availability usually from GRU (& GIG or EZE) to JNB.

Just use United & pay the $75 fee IMHO.

I'm booking a ticket to TLV which I know I am 95% sure I am going to change. If I book a ticket for more than 21 days in advance and end up having to change it to earlier will they charge me $75 to change and $75 because it's earlier than 21 days?
