Has advantage to ELAL Matmid transfers taking forever...

I transferred a lot of Has points into ELAL at May 16. over 2 weeks, and still hasn't hit the accounts.

Is that normal?

If not, which side should take responsibility for this. Has claims they sent it and they have no longer control over it. Elal claims that they don't see anything happening.

i heard that HAS points have a value of .6 cents lowest of any miles/points program why would any one collect them?
