I am having such frustration with these cards, definitely not worth my time,

I signed up for three people, each buying three cards. One person got all three cards as planned; one go only one card; and the other got three cards w/o the $200 on it, despite the fact that that I correctly verified the bank account before the end of June. Amex is usually forgiving so I thought I will have some luck with calling, but with the Indian call center, whose supervisors are also Indian, I did not.

I also had a alot of tzaros. The cards I ordered for my wife didn't go through. I couldn't figure out why. FInally after a long time on the phone the problem they discovered was that buth my and my wife's cards were funded from the same bank account and he thought that wasn't allowed. I redid it using a dif. bank and that was rejected because my wife already got 3 cards. somehow the first app went through so now the second app was rejected. A lot of work so hopefully I'll enjoy the $75.

when i tried to activate mine one of them wouldn't work so I got a rep and he told me that it wasn't neccesary - you can just use it. I dunno

i tried using my card before activating but it would'nt work so i activated my card but the other 2 cards i ordered i cant remember the date of birth that i put in and the rep said that i wont be able to activate it without the date of birth of the one that the name is on the card, anyone know a way around it?
