Was that a professional estimate? It's usually much more expensive than you'd think.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

If someone in the household gets license do we need to notify the insurance company? Or they will find out already.

Is one required to notify them? What is if they don't get notified?

Are they driving the car? If yes they may not be covered.

They'll try to investigate if it was on a regular basis. For a child driving they might deem it was on a regular basis by default and make a problem, so make sure.

I got a cell phone ticket in NJ. My lawyer says it’s better to knock it down to an improper turn or something. (Moving violation with no points) He says the insurance rates will be less affected this way. Does this make sense?

My current insurance won’t allow me to remove a student studying in Israel from the policy. Anyone has specific insurance companies that do allow? Will save me some legwork. Thanks.

Any agent should be able to remove if you provide evidence that he does not live at the address anymore. Think visa, foreign lease agreement etc

Anyone know if it's worth it to plea down a 2 point speeding ticket to unsafe driving in NJ? Mainly concerned with insurance premiums going up. One blog mentioned that 1-5 miles above the limit does not incur insurance points. Is that true?

what would happen if a group of kids damaged a car on a test drive and they are not on their parents policy?  Would the dealership have their own coverage or would they go after the kids parents insurance etc....?

meaning what? that the parents policy might cover the damage to the test drive car even though the kids were not on the parents' policy? or the dealership insurance would cover their own car's damage?
