For sechiras makom, you only have to rent it from a person who has access, so maid and front desk qualify. Just like with cities, the city doesn't necessarily own every area in the city, but they have access.

I was looking for something upstate/country or long island, something within 2 hours of NY city,
I want somewhere that has nice trees and scenery and is away from the city life,

i asked last year a ruv.

reply was to take a dollar and give it for the goy before shaboss and to tell him that you want to sort of buy out the hotel from him during your stay and the you make an eiruv. like that you are on the safe side.
